From the initial design consultation to the final polish, our purchase process is designed to be seamless, transparent, and entirely focused on what you truly desire.
To help you build your perfect ring on budget and on time, we begin our process by initially consulting directly with you to determine what your desired outcome for the piece is. Once we have a full view of your desired setting, design, stone size, metal, etc., we get to work finding the perfect diamonds to bring your concept to life. We will hand-select from our global inventory the most visually appealing diamonds that can assist in our clients' final finished items, having a greater net carat weight for the budget available. As our process is highly refined, we have slightly different timelines and options available for our local and international clients.
Our full-service custom ring design process takes on average 2 to 4 weeks.

At your appointment, we will introduce you to a selection of loose diamonds so that you can fully understand our process and how we offer superior value for your budget.
At your first visit, we'll show you a selection of loose diamonds to explain all of the differences and help you choose the best value stones. We also select metal type, setting style, and confirm any design customizations.
01Once your diamonds are selected and the ring design established, your ring goes into production with our highly skilled manufacturing team. We take an approximate 30% deposit on your ring at this stage.
02A computer rendering of your design is completed upon request and sent to you for careful consideration. You may approve or request adjustments at this stage, free of charge, and then your design is sent for casting and setting.
03Your diamonds and ring are sent to our in-house diamond setters, who work with a microscope to manually assemble, polish, and finish your ring exactly to your specifications
04A 3rd party appraiser assesses your ring for a gemological certificate. This appraisal is mandatory for obtaining the necessary amount of insurance for your ring.
05We take the final payment, then deliver the ring to you in person or by post. Don't forget to tag us on social media! Congratulations!
